60 LOFT

The “60 Lofts” features 2 low rise, contemporary buildings – 60 Bathurst and 60 Niagara. Common to both buildings are the suites’ contemporary design elements and spacious layouts. The open concept floor plans boast huge living areas, floor to ceiling warehouse windows and high ceilings making the already generous spaces, (500 sqft. studios, 700 sqft. one bedrooms, 900 sqft. one plus dens and 1100 sqft.+ two bedrooms.) feel larger than they are.
