Our Bay Street office is located just steps from Yorkville and just south of the Bloor Street intersection on the west side. It has street signage but the actual location is just inside a small mall that serves as a short cut to St. Thomas Street.

The Bay office is central to the most expensive condos in Toronto and to the exclusive Yorkville neighborhood. This is our newest office and provides the most private offices and meeting rooms.

The office has an internal computer network and also has wireless connections to the Internet. It is also connects to our Company Network. That means agents can be contacted and appointments can be booked through any of our offices. While our agents designate a home office, they usually work out of all three locations, depending on their client needs.

Our Sales Manager, Bernice Dorfman, has her office at this location and our Marketing Co-ordinator, Peter Diep, runs our Marketing Department from his office at our Bay St. location.
