We are currently seeking a Deal Secretary to support our busy real estate offices in downtown Toronto. The position will be required to work at a number of our offices in downtown from time to time.
Duties would include:
The ideal candidate would have at least one year of experience in a real estate office as a Deal Secretary; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, poses solid analytical skills, accurate with numbers strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; a team player that works well under pressure and has the ability to work in fast paced environment; and a post-secondary education in a related discipline, experience with Broker Wolf, Lone Wolf or DocuSign would be an asset.
