The Property Management Division of Re/Max Condos Plus Corp. has been in operation since 1992 and is staffed by salaried personnel. We specialize in the small investor who lives out of town or out of the country and requires assistance with their property. We create a hands free, trouble free environment with a hands on and personal approach. Our services include collecting rent each month and paying expenses where required. Statements are mailed monthly to each investor. We assist you in filing the Government Non Resident returns (NR6) to minimize any withholding tax. We handle all maintenance and repairs. All leasing of units is carried out by Re/Max Condos Plus through its licensed real estate representatives. Leasing of investor units accounts for a significant portion of our overall sales and hence you can be assured that you and your property will receive our maximum attention.
