RE/MAX Condos Plus Corporation has provided Property Management Services since 1992 for investors owning condominium units. In 2008 we entered into a contract with Dash Developments Inc. to provide for property inspections, monthly reports and 24 hour service to tenants, collecting rent each month, overseeing all maintenance and repairs. They will also file the Government Non Resident returns (NR6) to help minimize withholding tax for investors who live outside of Canada. Dash Developments Inc. maintains space in one of our downtown offices - 1170 Bay St. #110.

All leasing of units is carried out by RE/MAX Condos Plus through its licensed real estate representatives. Leasing of investor units accounts for a significant portion of our overall leasing business and hence you can be assured that you and your property will receive our maximum attention.
