The Company

RE/MAX Condos Plus is the premier condominium and loft broker in the Toronto Downtown Core. Given the mix of clients - approximately 50/50 between investors and owner-occupants, we therefore specialize in sales, rentals, and property management.

We believe that the only successful companies and agents will be those who specialize and become "niche" marketers! If you want to specialize in condos, then there is only one Company to choose.

Current TREB Statistics show that over 30% of all resales are condos - yet less than 30% of all agents sold even a single condo in 2011. What an opportunity!

Marketing Program

Most Companies leave the agent to 'fend for themselves' when it comes to marketing. However REMAX Condos Plus is unique in operating four programs for the benefit of its agents:
5 STAR Marketing; its Web Site; 'Office Referrals' and lead generation.

More importantly, the Company provides the man-hours and subsidizes part of the cost of these programs.

Training

RE/MAX Condos Plus also hires newly licensed agents. If you have the passion, then we offer a four week activity-based training program supervised by our very own RE/MAX Condos Coach, Pam Ritcey plus the Succeed Program designed exclusively for RE/MAX.

For salespeople who feel they have not reached their full potential we offer the Buffini (100 days to greatness) Program. It teaches lead generation. All training takes place at our Lake Shore location which provides free parking.

Desk Fees

Contrary to what our competitors tell people, desk fees are not compulsory. In fact many of our top agents elect a commission plan instead, which rises to 95/5. Prove to us you're worth it, and you can even start at 85/15!!
