A mild January lead to record sales for the month on the Toronto Real Estate Board. Even though February turned colder, sales are still running ahead of last year. The condo market is also enjoying strong sales. Multiple offers are already quite common - even for condos!The spring market has come early!

it's now cold in february but the market is still hot! the biggest problem is still a shortage of listings - there are plenty of buyers who will brave the cold - and snow for a good deal.
Any particular trends in terms of what people are buying? Larger vs. smaller units, any particular locations doing better than others?
