A former armory from the early 20th century, this building has also housed a boxing club and a popular community bowling alley. It is one of the newest loft conversions in the Beaches. It was developed as a new building in 2003, but it integrated the older building as a part of its modern construction. The building features exposed beam construction on the 3rd floor mezzanine ceilings, solid wood entrance doors with polished chrome hardware, gourmet kitchens and a unique stacking parking system.
